  1. Tell us about your trip

Send the enquiry form or call us with your rough dates, number of travellers, ages of children or older guests, and the places you have in mind. A rough idea is enough to start.

    You · 5 minutes
  2. A short planning conversation

A planner calls or messages to understand your pace, hotel preferences and any health considerations for altitude. This is where we flag closures, festival crowds or monsoon risk for your dates.

  3. Written itinerary and itemised quote

You receive a day-by-day route with drive times, overnight stops, vehicle type, hotel options and permit requirements, plus a quote that separates each cost. Ask for as many changes as you need.

  4. Confirm with an advance

When you are happy, confirm in writing and pay the advance to the account details we send. Always confirm those details by calling +91 8292907534 before you transfer money. See the payment & cancellation policy.

  5. Send documents for permits

For Nathula Pass, Tsomgo Lake or North Sikkim we need a clear copy of each traveller's government photo ID and recent passport-size photographs. Foreign nationals follow a separate online process. Read the permits guide.

  6. Pre-departure brief

A few days before arrival you receive hotel confirmations, your driver's name and number, pickup point at Bagdogra (IXB), NJP or Siliguri, a packing note for the season, and the balance payment due.

  7. On the road

Your driver meets you on arrival. The local desk tracks road and permit status daily. If a pass closes, we offer the alternative and explain any cost difference before anything changes.

  8. Drop-off and feedback

We drop you back for your flight or train. Afterwards we ask how it went. If you are happy for us to share your words, we publish them on our reviews page only with your consent.

Booking Questions

Common questions before confirming.

Do I have to pay anything to get a quote?

No. The planning conversation, written itinerary and itemised quote are free. You pay an advance only after you approve the itinerary in writing.

How far in advance should I book a Darjeeling or Sikkim trip?

For October to early December, Durga Puja, Diwali, Christmas, New Year and the May school holidays, book as early as possible because good hotels fill quickly. For other months a few weeks is usually enough.

Can you guarantee Nathula Pass or North Sikkim on my dates?

No operator can. The Indian Army and the state government clear these roads, often the evening before. We plan an alternative for every high-altitude day so a closure does not waste your trip.

Can I change the itinerary after confirming?

Yes. Tell us what you want to change and we will confirm whether it is possible and any cost difference before anything is changed.
